To process your order faster, kindly please note this following information prior to placing an order
Sample Production
Please provide a design pack or original sample prior to first appointment. Design pack usually includes design drawing, specs sheet, finishing details and choice of materials information. If you can provide the physical sample of the garment or merchandise you want to recreate, that’s even better. The first sampling order will take between 4-6 weeks depending on the materials availability. For processed fabrics that need to be dyed, batik, or printed, please allow 4-8 weeks for sampling. We will do our best to finish quicker.
For the sampling, we offer up to two revisions from existing garments unless there is sizing or length change. Sampling cost is twice the production cost, which already included pattern making. The grading fee will be waived when you put forward production order. We will only move to production phase once the sample is finalised and approved by you.
Production Order, Labelling and Packaging
Once the sample is approved then it will take 30-90 days for production, depending on the size of the order. A 50% deposit needs to be paid before the order can be processed. Minimal order quantity is 15 pcs per style/color and 150 pcs in total. Customised labels such as clothing labels and swing tags can be prepared per your request, as well as other customised packaging such as paper packaging or shopping bag. Kindly note that it will require at least 4-6 weeks for label and packaging sampling approval and production.
Shipping Policy
We will help arranging the packing and shipping based on the most cost efficient method, either by door-to-door service, airfreight, or even LCL. For client’s order that is less than $1,000 or less than 50 kg, door-to-door service like DHL, TNT, or Fedex, is a better option since there won’t be any custom clearance charges and it will usually arrive in 1-2 weeks. If your order is over $1,000 or over 50 kg, you can use either airfreight or LCL depending on your time plan and budget. Payment of your order balance plus the transportation costs needed to be made before the order can be shipped.
